Your quote will identify applicable notarization fees, travel charges, and any additional services before your appointment is confirmed.
Booking & Appointment Policies
We believe clear expectations make for a better experience. Here's what to know before scheduling your appointment.
Booking & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment, calculated from your scheduled service fees excluding anticipated notarization fees. Your deposit is credited toward your final total.
Payment
The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your appointment. Notarization fees are charged only for notarial acts actually performed.
Changes & Cancellations
Plans change, and we understand. Deposits are refundable when you cancel before we depart for your appointment. Once travel has begun, the agreed travel fee remains due. We'll explain any applicable charges before booking.
