We believe that behind every request is a person with something important to accomplish. Sometimes it's a document that needs notarizing. Sometimes it's a personal task that's been sitting on a to-do list for weeks. Other times, it's a business owner who could use an extra set of capable hands.
Whatever brings someone to us, we believe they deserve to be heard, respected, and supported.
Signet Works LLC is a small, woman-owned, licensed and bonded business proudly serving the Kitsap Peninsula and surrounding communities. Our services span three areas—Notary Services, Individual Services, and Business Services—but they're all connected by the same philosophy: thoughtful preparation, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people we serve.
Even our logo reflects that philosophy. Its graceful arch and small gold diamond are intentional reminders that the little things matter. We believe that careful work and personal attention belong together, and that every client deserves both.
We're not interested in making simple things complicated or treating people like another transaction. We're here to listen, find practical solutions, and make life's responsibilities a little easier to manage.

A Little About Me
Hi, I'm Jennifer, the founder of Signet Works! I've always believed that the most meaningful work begins with people.
My professional journey began in social work, where I learned the importance of listening, understanding individual circumstances, and helping people navigate life's challenges. I went on to spend 18 years in federal service, including senior leadership roles focused on developing people, building programs, and making complicated processes work better.
When that chapter of my career came to an unexpected close, I found myself reflecting on what I'd loved most about my work.
The answer was simple: I loved building things. I loved learning. And above all, I loved helping people.
Signet Works grew from those three things.
Today, I'm bringing that experience and passion into a business of my own, right here in the community I call home. Whether I'm helping someone through an important life transition or supporting a small business owner, my goal is to make the experience easier, more personal, and a little less stressful.
When I'm not working on Signet Works, you'll often find me reading, learning something new, spending time with Merlin, my much-loved cat and the self-appointed CEO of the business, or traveling to Germany to spend time with my partner. Both remind me that the best parts of life are the people—and the cats—we share it with.
